Last week I ran a twitter competition with great success and produced three winners instead of one!
This week, it's the turn of Square Enix to award the worthy with some prizes; in return for your artwork!
Now they're not asking you to create a masterpiece like the
Karl Blaine concept artwork, but really try your best. It could be anything from a poster, concept artwork, cereal box or even Just Cause 2 Stickmen style!
Here's the official announcement on the Just Cause 2 website:
After showing off all the incredible fan made Just Cause 2 inspired art we’ve amassed over the past twelve months, we decided we wanted more. Yep, call us greedy if you like but with so much talent out there we just couldn’t help ourselves. So we’re willing to make a trade – you design us a piece of Just Cause 2 fan art and we’ll reward our five favourites with a state of the art* Just Cause 2 t-shirt.
To enter, simply create your masterpiece and email it to us at sels[at]square-enix[dot]com. We’ll pick our favourites over the next seven days and let you know if you’ve won. Couldn’t be simpler.
Anyone can enter and anyone can win (though our decision is final). Just remember your submission must be in the form of a picture and must be Just Cause 2 related. Oh, and you can enter as many times as you want.
*possibly over selling it, but they are fancy – and 100% cotton!
So there you have it... get cracking with those masterpieces. You have until Monday morning to send in your submissions!

I will be joined again by my co-host, Daniel, and perhaps we'll even have a special guest joining us this time...
We may even be giving away some Just Cause 2 goodies, so make sure to follow
@movura on Twitter.
If you were tuned in last time, you may remember that we were joined ever so briefly by Mike Oldman (Community Manager, Square Enix London Studios), as he totally crashed the live podcast! Don't forget, I record each live episode, so you can check out the archive in the
Live! section of the website.
You can tune in live to Episode four around @ 8:30pm GMT! See you then!

IGN has teamed up developer Avalanche Studios to offer 40 UK readers the chance to go hands-on with the game at an exclusive Just Cause 2 event from 5.30pm onward next Tuesday, March 2, in a Central London location. What's more, you can check out the game in stunning 3D on PC, courtesy of Nvidia's 3D Vision technology.

That's right, the competition is now over and Rico has finally revealed himself!
There were well over 450 entries to this competition, and I would like to thank all of you for taking part. Sorry if you just missed it!
It's quite interesting to see where everyone has placed their marker without any help or clues, and yes... there was a faint arrow on the map as it was taken from a screenshot I took of the
Extended Gameplay video, but that would have been too obvious.
Furthermore, I would like to thank Mike Oldman and Square Enix London Studios for their support, and for all the prizes.
The winners and prizes will be announced soon, so make sure you check back! Of course, if you know where you put your marker, and it's the closest one to Rico, then chances are you've won...
Head on over to
www.whereisrico.com to see if you were close.

At midnight tonight GMT (Friday 19th February, 2010) submissions for the
Where is Rico competition will close and his true location will be revealed! Any entries made after midnight will not count, no matter how close you are to Rico's location. Sorry guys, rules are rules!
There have been well over 400 entries now and by the looks of it, it's going to be a close one!
Winners and exact prizes will be announced next week, and those who have won will be notified via email.

Most of you might have already found out where the final challenge has been hiding. It is in fact a mini-game for Just Cause 2 called
Where is Rico (
www.whereisrico.com), based on the popular carnival game Treasure Island or "X" marks the spot, and of course, the book
Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson, one of Robert James Carter's current reads...
There have been well over 200 entries now, and I think it's safe to say that Rico could very well be anywhere according to everyone's coordinates.
I won't be releasing Rico's actual position just yet, so if you think you know where Rico might be, head on over to

If you're wondering
where Challenge #4 had gone... I did have something planned, but didn't want to be accused of favouritsm again. (see this thread:
Winners revealed). Also, just so you know, I did try and accommodate those across the world by starting the competitions at 2AM GMT, well past my bedtime! The three that have already won T-shirts are from America, UK and Norway. Congratulations again go to them.
So today, I've come up with something better... that's right, this one is again open to everyone, and as there was no challenge yesterday that means there are still two more T-shirts up for grabs, and perhaps some more Just Cause 2 goodies...
As this
is quite a special challenge, I will be leaving this challenge open for a few weeks so that everyone can take part.
This one is called Where is
Rico? There are in fact two stages to this challenge, as the first stage is finding the website, which will be quite
interesting. All details of how to enter are on the website (once you've found it)
All these competitions have been brought to you exclusively by panauisland
.com, and the prizes are kindly provided by Square Enix London Studios, who will also be dealing with the delivery of the items.
I do hope everyone will take part! It will be great fun and the end result will keep everyone talking!

It seems I'm a bit behind on keeping up to date with my own news and haven't posted challenge #4 yet!
The winners from Daily Challenge #2 and #3 are
trinitykill and
Petter Foosnæs Helgesen. Congratulations to the both of you.
I'll be posting up Challenge #4 a little later than usual, but I will keep it open longer.

Today's challenge is somewhat more... challenging.
Below is one of the Just Cause 2 screenshots that can be found in the
Media section.
Wait a minute, it looks like someone has been editing it in Photoshop!
Can you spot the difference?
From what I can see, there are 6 differences in total...
You don't need to be a community member to take part in today's challenge... nope, this is open to everyone!
All you need to do is mark out the differences clearly using software like photoshop, and email the image to
competition@panauisland.com
You will also need to provide me with your full name too.
Good luck!
